href=\"https:\/\/groupe-reussite.fr\/ressources\/metiers-ressources-humaines\/\">m\u00e9tiers dans les ressources humaines<\/a> sont extr\u00eamement importants pour les entreprises, afin de trouver les bonnes personnes pour l&rsquo;entreprise. Le <strong>responsable d\u00e9veloppement RH<\/strong> (aussi appel\u00e9 <strong>charg\u00e9 de d\u00e9veloppement RH<\/strong>) est charg\u00e9 d\u2019assurer le d\u00e9veloppement et la p\u00e9rennit\u00e9 de l\u2019entreprise sur les plans strat\u00e9giques et op\u00e9rationnels. Il doit notamment faire en sorte de maintenir l\u2019employabilit\u00e9 des collaborateurs et de d\u00e9velopper leur efficience.<\/p><p>Les responsabilit\u00e9s du charg\u00e9 de d\u00e9veloppement RH vont de la conception, pilotage, suivi, accompagnement, \u00e9valuation des projets RH au pilotage de la GPEC (Gestion Pr\u00e9visionnelle des Emplois et des Comp\u00e9tences) en passant par la d\u00e9finition des politiques de gestion du
