?<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f1979b5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f1979b5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" (Syst\u00e8me d\u2019Information de gestion des Ressources Humaines) est un <strong>syst\u00e8me g\u00e9rant un ensemble de briques logicielles permettant d&rsquo;automatiser un certain nombre de t\u00e2ches li\u00e9es \u00e0 la gestion des ressources humaines et d&rsquo;en assurer un suivi<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Le responsable SIRH, un des <a href=\"https:\/\/groupe-reussite.fr\/ressources\/metiers-ressources-humaines\/\">m\u00e9tiers des ressources humaines<\/a> est donc la personne <strong>charg\u00e9e de la gestion de ce syst\u00e8me<\/strong> au sein de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 pour laquelle il travaille. Il est le r\u00e9f\u00e9rent de ce syst\u00e8me d\u2019informations. Son r\u00f4le premier est de <strong>recueillir et d\u2019analyser les besoins informatiques du service des ressources humaines afin de les traduire de mani\u00e8re technique et mettre en place les outils adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 ces besoins<\/strong>. En d\u2019autres termes, il est l\u2019assistant \u00e0 ma\u00eetrise d\u2019ouvrage (AMOA) c\u2019est \u00e0 dire l\u2019interm\u00e9diaire entre les besoins \u00e9prouv\u00e9s par le ou la DRH (Directeur\/trice des Ressources Humaines) et le ou la DSI (Directeur\/trice des Services d\u2019Informations) charg\u00e9e de la ma\u00eetrise d&rsquo;\u0153uvre (MOE). L\u2019ensemble de ces outils concerne la gestion d\u2019activit\u00e9s comme les paies, l\u2019administration du personnel, le temps et les activit\u00e9s, les formations professionnelles, les \u00e9valuations annuelles, le recrutement, le bilan social, etc.<\/p><p>Vous trouverez \u00e9galement le responsable SIRH sous le nom d\u2019expert SIRH, chef de projet SIRH ou consultant SIRH (lorsqu\u2019il intervient chez un client pour le compte d\u2019un prestataire de En effet, disposant d\u2019une double comp\u00e9tence en RH et informatique, l\u2019expert SIRH doit d\u00e9finir avec le <a href=\"https:\/\/groupe-reussite.fr\/ressources\/metiers-drh\/\">DRH<\/a> les besoins m\u00e9tiers et produire des sp\u00e9cifications fonctionnelles afin que le service informatique puisse mettre en \u0153uvre ces besoins en fonctionnalit\u00e9s dans le logiciel SIRH. Si les postes dans les d\u00e9partements ressources humaines des grands groupes sont difficiles \u00e0 atteindre, le turn-over \u00e9tant faible, de nombreux postes sont \u00e0 pourvoir chez les \u00e9diteurs de logiciels et les entreprises de services du num\u00e9rique (SSII).<\/p><p>Le plus souvent, le responsable SIRH travaille dans les grandes villes et les grandes communes. En effet, cette profession est majoritairement pr\u00e9sente dans les <strong>grands groupes<\/strong> car toutes les entreprises devant g\u00e9rer un grand nombre de salari\u00e9s ont besoin de l\u2019<strong>intervention d\u2019un professionnel des SIRH<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Il n\u2019est toutefois pas impossible de rencontrer des experts SIRH dans des structures plus petites. Selon que le responsable SIRH travaille au sein de grandes entreprises ou de structures plus petites, le nombre de personnes qu\u2019il accompagne est amen\u00e9 \u00e0 varier.<\/p><p><em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>NB<\/strong><\/span> : ce nombre d\u00e9pend d\u2019ailleurs aussi du nombre de projets que le responsable SIRH entreprend.<\/em><\/p><p>Le charg\u00e9 SIRH peut aussi bien <strong>travailler pour une unique entreprise<\/strong> qu\u2019\u00eatre embauch\u00e9 en tant qu\u2019<strong>intervenant<\/strong> sur un laps de temps pr\u00e9d\u00e9fini. Enfin, selon l\u2019entreprise dans laquelle il travaille, le responsable SIRH peut choisir de <strong>travailler depuis chez lui ou au bureau<\/strong>. Toutefois, du fait qu\u2019il est en constante relation avec le DSI ou le DRH, il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable qu\u2019il soit un maximum pr\u00e9sent sur son lieu de travail.
