Principe de la spectroscopie IR.<\/h3>\n<p>Il n&rsquo;est pas possible de voir les mol\u00e9cules, mais elles r\u00e9agissent pourtant aux <strong>radiations infrarouges<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Comme on le voit dans le cours sur l&rsquo;optique en premi\u00e8re (couleurs), certaines mol\u00e9cules pr\u00e9sentes dans un pigment absorbent des radiations pr\u00e9cises, et la couleur per\u00e7ue est le compl\u00e9mentaire de la couleur absorb\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>C&rsquo;est la m\u00eame chose : une assembl\u00e9e de mol\u00e9cules organiques toutes identiques absorbe certaines radiations dans le domaine des infrarouges (IR en abr\u00e9g\u00e9).
