Elle permet de r\u00e9aliser des cristaux de sel, de sucre ou m\u00eame de sulfate de cuivre \u00e0 partir d&rsquo;eau chaude et de solut\u00e9s dissous.<\/p><p>Lorsque l&rsquo;eau se refroidit lentement, les particules du solut\u00e9 se regroupent pour former des structures cristallines. Les diff\u00e9rentes formes de cristaux qui se forment d\u00e9pendent de la nature du solut\u00e9.
