Pour vous aider à faire le choix entre its et it’s, c’est très simple :
- Its écrit sans apostrophe est le pronom possessif neutre utilisé pour un objet inanimé, un animal, une entreprise, etc. Il est utilisé pour dire “ses”. Exemple : Le chat a mangé toutes ses croquettes : the cat has eaten all its food
- It’s est l’élision entre it et is qui signifie “c’est”. Exemple : c’est ton sac = it’s your bag
