Les suffixes anglais sont des mots ajoutés en fin d’un mot (nom, adjectif, adverbe, verbe) pour lui donner un nouveau sens ou fonction grammaticale. Voici des exercices et corrigés sur les suffixes en anglais pour vous permettre de les travailler à votre rythme. Exercice 1 : Ajoutez le suffixe anglais à la fin des mots pour donner la signification souhaitée :
- Beau : Beauti…..
- Amitié : Friend….

Exercice 2 : Choisissez le bon suffixe dans les phrases suivantes :

- This neighbour…… is really quiet and easy to get on with.
Exercice 3 : Complétez par le bon suffixe anglais :
- Your party was the most success…. party I had ever been to.
- The sky was a deep and beauti…. blue above us.
- The children played joy….. in the park all day.
- The ballerina’s grace…. dance captivated the audience.
- Her voice was soft and melodio…., bringing a sense of tranquility to all who listened.
Exercice 4 : Mettez le bon suffixe anglais :
